How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our credit card checkout process uses encrypted and secure tools. It is a Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL Certificates to keep order details secure. This means that your transaction will be managed with the highest priority to keep the information as secure as possible and reduce any potential fraud.

PayPal also has a high standard of security and encryption. It is an external provider where you log in without our store collecting any information. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. Since these credit cards have their own fraud alert, this is an additional layer of protection. 

In summary, you have many payment options and they are super secure!

 

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our approximate shipping times after placing the order are as follows:

  • United States: Average of 2-4 weeks of placing the order.
  • Outside United States: you should receive your order within 3-7 weeks of placing it. The wide range is due to different policies of customs clearance in different countries. Most of our customers get their order within 4-5 weeks!

You can contact us if you need an updated estimated time of arrival for your order.


How do I track the status of my order?

After your order has been placed and the shipping label has been created, we will send you the tracking number.


I entered the wrong shipping address by accident. What can I do?

AFTER ORDERING

How do I return or exchange an item?

FOR MOST PRODUCTS: We offer a 6 day exchange policy from the received day. If you would like to exchange your product just email us to info@PawLoverShop.com and we will provide you with the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, you are responsible for return costs. If you are shipping an item over $8, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you don't follow the detailed return instructions or you send it to the manufacturer or an incorrect address, we will not allow you to return the item or exchange it. 

We STRONGLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines outlines in the product description before purchasing.  

Please note, any product which has intimate/health usage are not covered for exchange or return due to hygiene concerns.

 

Do you offer refunds?

The refunds are only offered to customers that receive a wrong or damaged item. If you believe any of these requirements apply to you, please contact us at info@PawLoverShop.com ). We will surely refund you.

Refunds Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the arrival of the item. We will also notify you with the final refund decision.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 days. The reflection of the refund in your account might take from 1-7 days.

Still don’t see your refund in your account? (if applicable)

We would recommend you to first check your bank account or credit card company again. It may take more time before your refund is officially posted.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If it is beyond the estimated shipping time since you have placed your order, just email us with your order number at info@PawLoverShop.com and we will start investigating it as soon as possible.
